| ELECTRIC CONTROLS:
These are the START and STOP buttons and indicator lights, including POWER, READY, and PUMP ON. Press the START
button to start charging, the pump will shut off automatically when the pressure reaches 2500 psi. Press the STOP
button to stop charging before 2500 psi. The POWER light show that the system is connected to AC power. The READY
light indicates the pump is ready to start. This light will go on after the pressure drops from a full charge.
The PUMP ON light indicates the motor is charging the system. Return
to Photo BOOM SPEED LIMITERS: These valves are used to set a maximum speed for the boom movement. You can adjust the UP speed and DOWN speed separately. This is very useful when making very slow boom movements and it can be used to balance the Boom Control Knob. The Boom Control Knob is on the push bar and controls the boom movement with variable speed. The LIMITERS only limit the maximum speed. Return to Photo CIRCUIT BREAKER: This is an AC circuit breaker to prevent damage to the system. Return to Photo POWER CORD: Plug this cord into your AC power source, the voltage needed will depend on the voltage setting on the dolly. (120v or 240v) Return to Photo PUMP LOCK: This locks the Foot Pump Bar to prevent it from moving when not in use. Return to Photo FOOT PUMP BAR: Use this to charge the accumulator when there is no AC power available. Return to Photo VALVE ACCESS DOOR: This door accesses the Boom Control Valve for adjustments. Return to Photo PARKING BRAKE: This brake is to set the dolly in a fixed position, it is not designed to stop the dolly while moving, or keep it from moving while on an incline. Return to Photo PRESSURE GAUGE: This gauge indicates the amount of oil pressure in the system. Return to Photo |
